Asahidake Hot Spring

The water for all the bath tubs is 100% natural hot spring flowing straight from the source without an circulation or addition of water. The clear and odorless hot spring has a silky spring quality called sulfate spring and it is suitable to soak slowly and for a long time with a slightly low temperature. It is called “Kizu no Yu”, facilitating the flow of blood and soothing effect on muscle ache after Asahidake climbing, trekking and skiing. After taking a bath, enjoy the taste of mineral-rich spring water of Asahidake. Open-air bath and public bath with sauna of sister hotel Bare Monte can be used with no charge.

Hot Spring

This bath is tiled by Itarian tile and 100% natural hot spring flowing straight from the source without an circulation or addition of water. Slanted ceiling reminding you mountain cottage gives a sense of releasing. You can view a scenery of Asahisake from male's bath if weather allowed.

Opening hours 3pm-10am following morning

※Asahidake source spring temperature is 40-45 degree Celsius but you may feel more tepid according to weather and temperature change.

※Public bath including open-air bath, sauna and chartered bath (pay service) of Hotel Bear monte located in 15mins walk distance is available.

※Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are prepared at public bath.

※ Please bring a bath towel and hand towel from room.

※Public big bath of Hotel Bare Monte is free only for the date you stay please ask bath ticket at reception.
